A lifetime menu is for modded consoles only. When you pay for a mod menu it's permanent

What you're after is an infectable menu which is only a thing on cod4 and world at war. But as soon as you turn off your Xbox you will lose it.

You can buy menu access off people if you like but you can't get a mod menu forever without a modded console.
