I want to get into gaming on the PC, but I need to start making a budget on how much I would need in order to be able to run these games:
Battle Royale games, CSGO, Rocket league, GTAV,Rainbow6, COD and other large multiplayer games....
Budget needs to include the custom PC built and monitor, keyboard, mouse.. maybe a headset. Currently got a40s for xbox1.

How good do you want the monitor, keyboard and mouse? 120hz 4k monitor or 1080p? Mouse and keyboard, RGB lighting or standard?

There's no set amount. We can't really help you with your budget because we don't know your currency or financial situation. Just save as much as you can, that you're comfortable spending and then we can help out with a parts list, assuming we have the relevant information.
As a bare minimum, since you require peripherals, I'd say $/£450-500. You could get cheaper than that if needed, but that's what I'd personally aim for.

Here's an idea for how much just the keyboard, monitor, and mouse would be.

Id like to have a RGB lighting inside the computer if possible. If not maybe just a white case.
The peripherals I do want RGB..

Like 13 said, something like this would mean you want to save up $600-700 at a minimum since you require peripherals which alone will run probably $150-200. Without an idea of what you want to spend now that you know this it's hard to recommend any kind of configurations.
