Got a phone from my sister and i factory reset it not knowing you have to get past a google signin. I know the login for the account but it wont work! Its basically just stuck in a loop saying I have to sign in using the owners account synced with the device. anyone have some ides? Willing to try anything

There is no way around this. You have to sign back in with the original account that was added to it. This feature is called device protection. You might be able to contact Samsung, but as for the Google Challenge, keep trying.

I am though. I know both the one and only email put on the phone. it just keeps saying to sign into the owners account. I can sign right in on google just fine.
