Just looking to apply for some part time jobs while studying in uni, looking for seemingly chill jobs as I plan on dropping off some resumes tomorrow! As long as it isn't McDonald's as the discount would be a blessing and a curse..

Just wondering if anyone had any particular part-time jobs they enjoyed that they would recommend!

Grocery store night shifts seem to pay really well for part time, would only have to do 1 or 2 nights a week, but it will ruin your sleeping pattern!

I always think bar work is best or just wait on tables somewhere because usually there's alot of people your age in the same position as you and you can make alot of friends easily

Retail is quite good. I worked in a shop putting out stock whilst I was still in full time education and worked weekends and some evenings

If you could find yourself a bar job or club job, they are very handy and tips can help as well.

If not, I had a friend who worked in a call centre while in university found it quite stressful at times but said he made a load of friends.

I'm at uni and i work at Tesco on the night shift, Thursday/Friday/Saturday.

Pay is almost ten pound an hour, meaning i come out with around 900 each month.
