13 wroteSHOTTYLEAN wrote What I'd do: similar to 13s, just a few changes to get you a M.2
Why tho? m.2 is just a form factor, like 2.5". The SSD you included, whether it's m.2 or not, is slower than an 850 EVO, and more expensive. It simply just doesn't make sense.
SHOTTYLEAN wrote RGB RAM
Not worth the £20 premium, like I said, RAM is already far too over priced right now. Also, if I was going to get RGB RAM, I'd go with the G.Skill stuff, it's better. I think you can get a 2400MHz kit of TridentZ RGB for £195(2x8GB kit obviously).
SHOTTYLEAN wrote and a little better cooling and RBG for the GPU.
I'm assuming you meant better GPU cooling, and not better cooling overall? Which would be correct, I realised I included the Black Edition GPU instead of the SC2 by accident. So, either way, I'd recommend OP get the SC2 1080Ti in your parts list. That said, with the same CPU cooler and a cheaper/worse case(S340), OP will absolutely see worse cooling overall. The Enthoo Pro TG SE is a better case, and even comes with 2 HALOS RGB fan frames, which is a cool addition I guess? lol. You would likely see better performance with the Black Edition 1080Ti in an Enthoo Pro than the SC2 1080Ti in an S340 because the Enthoo Pro has far better airflow, and GPU performance these days is almost entirely down to temperatures and silicon lottery.
SHOTTYLEAN wrote The mouse isn't RGB, there is a RGB version but it is out of stock so just added the standard.
Have you used a G502? I don't get the hype behind them. I used one for a week and literally just gave it to a friend because I hated it so much. M65 PRO RGB is a similar price and a much, much better buy IMO.
For the SSD, my buddy has a WD Blue and a 850, never complained about it, for 2 more bucks for less wires I figured it's worth it, but looked up some benches and yeah, I guess it's not nearly as good... so OP don't do that lmao
For the RAM I've used many different types and haven't really noticed a difference, but I would agree to go Gskill first but Corsair makes great stuff too. Just chose the lowest priced better branded rgb ram I found.
For the case, the case I listed has decent cooling, and the cpu cooler fits amazing due to it being the same brand and has nice cable management.
For the GPU, 100% go with the SC2 over the SC Black, I've bad both cards in the same case and the SC2 managed to stay about 3-5c cooler under the same load/games.
For the mouse, it's just a preference game man, I love the g502 and have had the M65 and didn't like it. Just whatever fits better.

It definitely doesn't. I have an H440. The S340 and H440 are very similar cases. The S340 has pretty poor airflow. The Enthoo Pro is absolutely, 100% a better case for airflow. Also, the Kraken X62 is a 280mm AIO, which is actually a tight fit in the S340. It works, but only just.
