I need help with an issue with my PC, I'm struggling to find the issue and was wondering if anyone has had this and knows how how to fix it. My PC sometimes gets stuck in a restart loop when i first boot it and just continues to do it and will not post other times it just stays on but will not post and sometimes it works fine. anyone know any fixes please.

Psh, could be many things.
Do you have any POST codes that pop up?
Do you have any overclock. Even if it's memory
What's your specs?

I suggest updating your BIOS, depending on how old it is.

Go through your computer and make sure that all of your RAM is seated properly, same with your GPU.

i have the samething but mine lies in with the os randomly missing on first time boot, like others said theres many reasons look at ram make sure its plugged in correctly make sure your pc has enough power make sure the psu isnt dying make sure its also plugged in fully to the board, ect ect we dont exactly know what issue you really are having since manay things causes a pc to not start up sometimes, i would say reset your cmos to see if its an issue with that, idk what good that would do but worth a try, also try to reset to default in your bios

Thanks for replying I've made sure that everything is set correctly and have reset the CMOS but still doesn't always boot. It boots sometimes fine so don't know what's wrong as if anything was dead it wouldn't boot at all would it?

It could still boot depending on what is dead
Tbh it could be a SATA problem have you tried a different SATA cable or plug it could also just be your OS having problems
When you boot does it just freeze on the BIOS flash screen or do you actually get the windows loading screen

No I didn't get any screen at all, but I think the issue is fixed now , well it's working at the minute, I think the issue may have been a fault WiFi adapter as without it plugged in it seems to work. Thanks for the help everyone
