So I have been playing fine until I had to download an avatar update now after about 2 hours it wont let me click on my friends list, messages or accept any invites.
It just says 'Xbox live temporarily unavailable' then gives me an error code of d0000009a
i have tried everything, disconnecting and all sorts, even tried to make a new account but when i click on xbox button my gamerpic is grey like it wont load, cant even read messages without it saying it lol.

You really do get a lot of errors lol, but hopefully someone can help

I've seen you have problems which can happen.
Modded Warfare has a Tut for the avatar update I'm sure you're supposed to add it through USB off of Microsoft website I could be wrong but I'm sure I seen a video on it.
