Sup guys i know this is a wiered one but my fathers van got broken into the other day i need somone to enhance the CCTV footage if possible please it would mean alot thanks pm me if you can <3

Probably not possible. If the quality of the video is captured poorly it can't really be made better, the pixels are what they are. And if you plan on using the footage in a legal basis it's probably best to not alter it.

Sadly, this isn't Hollywood. There isn't a way to actually take CCTV footage that is pure pixels and just zoom in and it be as clear as day.

That is something I struggle with myself, as a Security guard with over 57 cameras at my station.

Where I work, the cameras are terrible. You can literally stand under it and, in some of the cameras, not even be able to tell the race of the person because of the quality. Than the property gets mad at me when I can't give them proper reports, when I constantly tell them they need to upgrade. But it just costs so much

Define clear. I'm sure a lot of cops are pretty good at looking at plate numbers, even being able to pick them out with slight blur. Depending how smart they were when breaking in, finger prints could probably help too.

weve had 2 robberies in the past 6 months one was when i was sleeping somone come in and robbed the house and the second one was recent and robbed my dads van we aint going to the police becuase they never helped last time
