I'm sure your cat will show up, my sister lost her cat, she cried and didn't think she'd ever see her again but sure enough her cat showed up 2-4weeks later. It's all just timing matter. But if not it's best to get neighbours, relatives, etc. To keep a look out for your cat.

Well im just going to say this cats are incredibly smart they know where home is so she most likely will come back i have never had any one of my cats never come back they are great hunters so she will be able to find food no problem being in heat is a bad thing though she might be pregnant when she returns but it's not a big deal really i would take her the the vet when she comes back just to make sure everything is ok another thing you should do is get her tags and a collar and since she knows the area I really doubt she will go far cats like to stay in their territory and just remember I'll always be there for you

See, I do feel she'll return. but it's the weather I'm worried about. The nights here reach some pretty low temperatures, today is 22 degrees, yesterday was 14. It could be worse, but it could also be better. I'm just worried someone will take her in or she'll end up with frostbite.
