GPU is just a waste of money, and entirely stupid. The reason you buy an APU is because it has integrated graphics, plus the GT 730 performs worse than the Vega 8 graphics on the R3 2200G anyway, so you're literally paying to lose performance by adding a GT 730 to a system with a Ryzen APU, which is obviously completely illogical.

Motherboard is trash, no heatsinks on the thing at all AFAIK. AsRock AB350(M) Pro4 or Asus Prime B350 Plus would be the budget AM4 motherboards I'd be considering. Also, the PSU is absolutely garbage. If the PSU is $20, then sure go for it. Any more than $20, don't go near it.

Case is meh. Not bad, not great. Though, this has just recently launched and is typically around the same price;

so I'd consider the Q300L as well.

Lastly, don't buy a single 8GB stick of RAM with an APU. Buy a dual channel kit, 2x4GB DIMMs. I'd also recommend aiming for a 3000/3200MHz, as opposed to 2666MHz, if possible. 2666MHz is the absolute minimum speed RAM I'd buy for an AM4 system.
