Where do i find files to permanently delete

Where do i find files to permanently deletePosted:

So Im trying to delete a program called 'Xbox 360 Neighborhood SDK'
I have deleted all files from documents and downloads etc.
However when I go onto 'Uninstall a Program' it is still there and says this when I try and uninstall:
Also when I click the
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
It comes up like its still there on the 'recently added' bit?
How and where would I find the files to delete this? The aim is to re install it later on but I need to remove all files involving this program first so where can i find them to delete? It shouldn't come up if I have deleted it and I have restarted my laptop yes. Any help/advice would be much appreciated guys.
NO comments like 'it wont b permanenti remooovd frm compyoutr as policse csan tracks ur filez

Delete the folder called "Microsoft Xbox 360 SDK" in these two locations.
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
It should no longer come up in the start menu.

Press on the tab that says "view" and check off "hidden items" where it says "show/hide"
