I'm using a HDMI coverter in my PS4 so I can use my Astro headset (slim doesnt have optical port) whenever I try to connect to the internet it doesn't work, I took the converter out and used my HDMI Cable normally by putting it in my PS4 then into my monitor, it works perfectly fine.
Howcome when I use my converter it doesn't connect? Has to be something with the converter as every time I use my HDMI normally it works fine?
