Preferably get a professional resume designer to look over your resume or make your resume for you and then go apply at those places again and try make friends at the places as well to get recommendations or recommend at the job places or job they work at.

Call back the jobs that you have applied for, and ask them for feedback, it could be lack of skills, or just plan bad luck. Once they give you the reason for not getting the job you will have something to work on and up the chances for the next time you apply for anther job.

Hardest thing is , you can be either over qualified or under qualified. How can you get experience if they don't hire you !

I sometimes forget you're smart

ZZ9 has one of the best ideas but it's mostly just keeping an eye out and motivation. A lot of jobs advertise on Social media like facebook and twitter, just search for 'job fairs' on either of them

I have had this problem, but it actually helps if you call them first after about 3 days and ask if they have looked at your application. It also looks like your being the bigger person and being responsible, so try it and who knows, maybe you'll land a job.

Try applying for a government agency.
It usually pays just as well or better than average entry jobs.
Ex: school, library, pool, are great places to look.
And since it is the government there is a lot of room for growth.

I'm still in your position, it's very frustrating at times and I feel like just giving up. I still have no luck and I apply to multiple jobs per week.
