Nice issue... How many times has this happened? Is it frequent? Although you stated it's random, do you find you're doing something specific which makes it restart?

Any bluescreens? Any error codes?

If you know how to, check eventviewer > system and check for any errors/critical errors which gives you information on your system crashing.

Unlikely issue with how you described it but is your machine kept cool, can you check the temps of your machine?

It's not frequent, it might happen once or twice throughout the day. As for when it happens, sometimes it restarts about 10 minutes after opening a web browser, other times might be some time later, then it will just restart. It doesn't appear to happen with certain programs open, it seems more random.

As for the bluescreens, it shows a blue screen (blank) and then it turns black which then follows the loading screen and the login screen appears. Doesn't say updating or anything, just a blank blue then black screen.

You could try cycling your power.

Turn your PC off completely. Switch off the On/Off switch of your PSU in the back of your PC. Hold your power button down for 30ish seconds.

Cycling your power could help it with the random re-boots, not 100% sure why(excessive energy?). My PC used to just crash, and that solved this issue. So perhaps it could help you too.

I don't believe power cycling the machine would resolve the issue however it's a start.

This could also be a hardware related issue such as a faulty power supply unit, it's very hard to tell when you're not right next to the machine...

Get the temps and any error codes from eventviewer then I'll get back to you!

If its not the temps being the issue, I had this problem when I first built my pc. It could be that your power supply isnt big enough to carry everything or it may simply be faulty. I had a 550 and ended up buying a 750 and it stopped happening to me.
