These little boxes are normally custom made from the ground up. I had a quick google and it seems this is the same for this box.

You are going to strugle to get this into a tower. There is no set standard that this falls into. Its possible sure, but a lot of stuff would have be to custom made or just janky with IO extenders all over the shop.

Not bluetooth but close enough... just make your mini pc portable.

I'm unsure if you can expand the internals of that PC so what I'd suggest is if you planning on having the PC stationary and not moving, is to get an external HDD for what you need and if you do fancy using it for VR, just unplug it.

The product page says that it has an m.2 SSD pre-installed an an extra 2.5" bay for an SSD, or HDD. So, something like this would do the job;

That said, I'd probably leave the 2.5" bay unused and buy a portable HDD or NAS instead.

From what I can see, it looks like an MXM GTX 1070 which means you are not going to be able to use that in a desktop. It's also using SODIMM memory, so more similar to a laptop in that sense. I highly doubt the motherboard would be re-usable if you purchased a desktop case. However, the CPU could be re-used in a normal mATX/ATX motherboard.
