I hate discrimination, that's exactly what this is.

I got denied as I had a small "13" - "XIII" on my wrist which I couldn't work in a god damn restaurant, as a waiter.. a waiter. I feel for you man.

I myself don't have tattoos and probably will never unless I decide on a good sleeve that meant a lot to me. But I agree 100%, you shouldn't be denied a job just because you have artwork on your body..

I agree that having tattoos shouldnt deny you a job in any way unless it's on your face or some dumb shit but policy is policy my man that's what it boils down too

i agree, i am currently starting on my sleeve, i am in the military and their regs are pretty fair, nothing on your hands, head, or face, and if you can see it in a v neck shirt is no good. Im honestly surprised work places arent as accepting with tattoos considering the fact that it seems like everyone has one these days.

Tattoo's do not effect the person's ability to work what so ever.

I think that's a petty excuse not to hire someone.

Gamgee has a point but Face tattoos arent much different.

Army says you'll be fine with full sleeves, but the police say no go. It's crazy how the police would turn down qualified military personnel because they're too prideful to accept the modernization of tattoos. I'm in reconnaissance but that means nothing because I have a little ink? Come on.

It Should matter what you have tattooed on your body.
I mean If you have a skull and spider on your fore arm its pretty normal your gonna get rejected for a job in sales or something to do with Children.

I think its mostly because of the older generation though, they stil see it as ordinairy and the new genaration sees it more as art on there body

I personally think tattoos from the chest and down shouldn't matter.. Cause they don't change how people work or think!!

Don't have tattoos where they can't be sufficiently hidden.
