What dash is it on? If it's pre 7371 which I doubt then you can jtag it. But Xenons are shit so you should definitely consider another mobo

First you'll need to learn the dashboard, if it's jtaggable will need some wires n some diodes and you'll also need a nand reader / writer.

If it's not jtaggable you can rgh xenons but boot times can take up to 2 mins or longer even. Metal on 7s has a great guide about rghing xenons

If you ever rgh'd a console you should be able to do it.

You keep saying not all xenons can be rghed, but I don't see you answering the user's question. Why don't you help OP out and help him determine whether he can rgh his console or not instead of arguing about who came up with what.

I can't tell you the easiest cheapest way but I did do one a time in the past and it worked but boot times were horrible and inconsistent. You'll use a lot of little jumper diodes and some resistors. You could also just buy one of them chips and do it. I've never done it that way so not sure how it works.

You'll waste more time and effort trying to rgh a console which can easily get RROD or not even boot. If you are able to find a Pre-NXE dashboard then I would say go for it but don't even waste your time trying to rgh an unreliable console. Not all Xenons are RGHable because it depends on the CPU so I heard a Canada CPU is better and not Taiwan one.
