A convicted felon allegedly kidnapped and fatally shot a New Jersey man who was just trying to buy a PlayStation 4 for his younger brother.
Rufus Thompson appeared in court Monday after he was charged with murder, robbery, kidnapping and weapons offenses in the slaying of Danny Diaz-Delgado.
Diaz-Delgado's body was found face down along a creek in Hamilton Township on March 24. He was tied up with pink duct tape, a black electrical cord and was shot several times, authorities said.
Diaz-Delgado, of Trenton, withdrew money from the bank and met up with Thompson on March 23, but he never returned home.
Thompson was arrested Saturday. Cops raided his home where they found pink duct tape and a cut TV electrical cord and an empty PlayStation box, NJ.com reported.
Authorities say Thompson used Diaz-Delgado's debit card to withdraw $700, according to NJ.com.

Yea let's just use a tragic incident to get my posts up yayyyy!!!!
Cmon guys if you're not going to read the whole post and leave a sensible comment then why come to the post? I get you want that 'high post count' but no one cares tbh.
Read the story and show your condolences and outlook of the situation, things like this are horrible and the fact you used it to get your TTG POST COUNT UP is rather a joke.
My thoughts go out to the family and I hope they are able to grieve through the situation. Video games are never a thing that should be tied to murder and while his isn't actually a death because of the PlayStation it's sad that he used that as bait to rob and kill a man.. imagine being that kids brother rn.. I'd feel in a world of quilt.. hope they can overcome this that's super messed up.

This is why people MUST be careful when buying from places like Craigslist. There is a lot of evil lurking on the Internet and Craigslist is just one of the tools that criminals can use to commit these atrocities.
I'm so sad that his younger brother won't be able to see him ever again, I'm sure that this will lay some form of emotional trauma on him that he may never get over. My condolences to his family and his friends. I hope the bastard rots in jail.

People are truly sickening, my condolences go out to the family affected. This whole incident is terrifying especially due to the gentleman just wanting to buy a gift.
Rest in piece.
