Hey I'm just new to PC gaming, I've purchased a brand new pc from cyberpower, I'm wondering with a pc like this would it be capable of running fortnight and pubg at medium settings for instance tance? Any advice would be amazing thanks alot.

Epic Games says that your specifications should be more than enough to play Fortnite at 1080p no problem.
As for PUBG, you will stuggle to run the game on high because your processor is a little older and your graphics card is missing a little power vs newer cards. They recommend that you have 6GB or VRAM on your graphics card and a Ryzen 5-1600 on the AMD side for their recommended specs.
