it's a glitch in their system , so many people are having the same issues with you.


Unsure if second video is helpful or not. First video is what the guy is having problems.

I fixed it by hard resetting my Xbox, then removing and adding back my friend.

What this guy said, even just deleting your profile and re-logging back in might fix it.

It kinda works now, I can unmute them a lot more than I could.
