Would not work, dont have the time to explain. If it was that easy, retail 360s would be able to do it with a flashed DVD drive.

Xbox does update checks for even their updates.

Updates are encrypted most likely and probably undergo so much checks.

As far as a legitimate exploit (ie escalation of privileges/access to kernel), not likely. M$'s telemetry combined with the bug bounty are preventing further progress toward the end goal of homebrew. Best bet for next gen modding is on PS4.
