I am planning on streaming games in the near future. I have been wanting to buy a capture card, but I am not sure whether the capture cards I want to buy will be able to run on my computer. I'm hoping I can get some help with figuring this out.

Andres49erz wrote Elgato Game Capture HD 30 fpsUnfortunetly not. The CPU doesn't meet the requirements. I would look at upgrading your machine my dude, you'll really struggle streaming and playing games at the same time. If anything, you're going to struggle playing games streaming or not.
Would my pc be able to run it?

This is the link for the requirements.
I would consider an upgrade matey.
