I am on my phone off and on all day long. Like, 4-8 hours. The hours start adding up especially when I am in bed and browsing meme subs and YouTube.

I would say a good 5 hours a day, mainly when I'm at work though since I work nights at a hotel so it can get pretty boring.

Trying to be on it less and less everyday. So much is missed out on in life by always checking things. Forums insta gram Facebook etc.

I spend maybe 60% of my time on my phone tbh. I don't think anyone should spend this much time on our phones because we are all addicted to our phones for one reason or another. We are becoming less social in life and more phone-oriented.
