There is all different ways of modding Borderlands you can use save editors to mod your saves 'Gibbed save editor' or you can use the GPD editor on the PS3, PC and Xbox 360 it does not work on the new consoles and what you can do with that is mod your Xbox account GPD save and you can change all your in game stats like Badass rank, golden keys

Yeah you do. Copy all you're IDs in horizon to the save then put it on your 360 and transfer to the One.
