Will gift gold to the person that finds me a solution, but here is my issue. I have two Paypal business accounts, two cards and bank accounts. What I do is add a visa gift card someone gives me in return for a product/ service and then I send the balance on the card to my other paypal account as goods and services so they get there fees ect.. But after a while it pops up this error message, on both accounts by the way.

This message goes away after 1 - 3 days and i`m able to continue for a few hundred more dollars and then it happens again. My question is how do i get around this error message or is there another service i can use? I cannot use venmo as it requires information such as the postal code of the card and i`v have never been able to get a visa gift card to work on there anyways even if i had it.

Remember as far as limitations i don`t have any as I have my phone, bank, Card, SSN, ID, and everything link to the paypal, and as far as phone, bank, card. I have two of each of those so it should not be interfering.

Edit and as far as accepting straight paypal that is not an option as I have been scammed many times from chargebacks and i only end up losing money or all my profit in the first place. They only side with buyers.

You could also have someone send you/you send money to someone through setting up a streamlabs and using the donation link they provide. I had to do this with one of my clients for graphics

There Venmo and skrill never used them so can't give an opinion but Google Wallet aka Google Pay is your best bet man if you have a real credit card though I dont think it will work for a pre paid card but I do know once you put your real card every time you get a payment from a client it will direct deposit it into your card which I personally really like. However you may need to add proof of address when making a Google account as well as proof of Identity which is simple just send them in a picture of your ID and a bill or something within 60 days that has your address and name on it. Hope I helped.

Edit: Have you tried to call PayPal regarding this issue? It's not like you're doing anything harmful as you did say you even pay your second account as goods and services so they end up making out in the long run as they charge fees for goods and services payments.

This might work. Go to a a a website where you can create your own website fast and easy, then add a fake product and enter the amount to sell it for and you can add paypal as a payment, then you log out the website you just made and buy the product yourself with the visa card.
Also i thought you still had to register visa gift cards online and enter a zip code?

I'd strongly recommend Skrill it's basically a PayPal clone

Contact PayPal support, it's most likely a security issue on their end it should be gone in a few days.
