I spend maybe 60% of my time on my phone tbh. I don't think anyone should spend this much time on our phones because we are all addicted to our phones for one reason or another. We are becoming less social in life and more phone-oriented.

I probably spend like 8 hours a day on it depending on the day. Weekdays I spend probably less than 5 because I have school but on weekends I like to watch youtube videos a lot,

3+ hours a day

I use to spend like 85 percent of the day on my phone before I started school but now I only spend like 4 hours on my phone.

Most of the day, but I'm not glued to it. I'll check my phone throughout the day and reply to all of my notifications when I can.

Tbh Im only on it to SC friends. Other then that, I dont really use it.

I spend the majority of my time on my mobile device, except for family gatherings, work, or sleep.
