Is it possible to get my character onto my usb on xbox one so that i can put it into a editor and then put it back on. I dont have BL2 on xbox 360 but i do have it on xbox one, otherwise ill prob just have to buy 360 bl2 and do it like that.

Nope. Gotta be modded on 360 then transfered to one ingame.
