Assuming you don't need any peripherals since you left it blank;

CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($178.89 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($19.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($65.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Video Card: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($249.99 @ Amazon)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($59.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($46.89 @ OutletPC)
Total: $800.70
The PSU has a $20 MIR, if you want to do that and maybe get $20 back. You can drop the Cryorig M9i and run the stock cooler if you want to save $20. You can also save some money on the case if you don't mind sacrificing some quality there to save some cash. Also, I'd grab a used GTX 970 instead of the 3GB 1060. Should cost ~$50 less and perform pretty similarly, maybe slightly better.
