ahh so, can you get mod menu on GTA 5 story mode? Or is there any such thing of getting any sought of mod menu on PS4 offline?

PS4 has been jailbroken, but not on the latest firmware so you will not be able to go online with it.

I've seen menus on GTA, Ghosts, BO3, MWR, and a few other games, but again, they are all offline as there is currently no jailbreak for the latest PS4 firmware version.

Most menus can be transferred to nextgen its just a matter of finding the converted files or you do the converting. Also yes menus can work on story mode just like old gen.

When it comes to modding on Fortnite, Epic is usually on top of things. People that were modding on PC usually got banned within a few games so I'd assume it would be the same on PS4 if people actually found a way to do it. Some people even got a temporary ban for doing some under the map glitches so I can only imagine modding. Plus, a few individuals even got sued for modding. There were a few articles posted about it on here if you want to check them out.
