xbox wont load up with hdd in any suggestions

Place a blank launch.ini on a USB, when the console loads up go into dashlaunch and clear your plugins.

If this is only happening when you have your HDD in, it is most likely a bad plugin issue.

Boot up without plugins, go into dashlaunch, remove all your plugins, save, reboot, and see if that works. If it does, start adding your plugins again one by one and see which one causes this to happen.
