It was my time they gave me on the tracking #. I ordered it around 8 o'clock at night and it arrived around 3 the next day and I live about 3 hours from LA.

They probably did not ship the phone. Instead, the order was placed in IND and then was transferred over, meaning no physical device was transferred but instead the device was already in CA.

They dont want to initially say the device is in CA because they have to see if any are in inventory, so the default is where it is manufactured, IND.
