I'm 5'9 187 pounds, somewhere around 18-20% body fat and I just want to lose as much body fat as I can. Are there any secrets or tricks?

Cardio, and lots of it
Drink a lot of water
Cut down on carbs
Saunas / steam rooms can help you sweat out a lot of calories

Be CONSISTENT with your habits!

Water! And lots of it!
Try to work up a good sweat when your working out.

The Sauna and Steam room method is obviously a huge way to drop weight quick but its very unsafe to do this regulary and of course alone. If you do decide to choose this method look it up a bit more and do some research.

Your body loses weight by not having enough energy to maintain its current weight. So basically, consume less calories than your BMR and you'll lose weight.

You don't need to do any cardio, or go to a sauna (loses water weight through sweat and doesn't help to burn fat) or anything like that. Just eat less food and your body will adjust naturally.

There is no trick to losing weight. You have to consume fewer calories on a daily basis in order to be in a caloric deficit. Continually be in a caloric deficit from running, working out, and just eating less, you will lose the weight.

There will never be another trick to it.

Lots of cardio and heavy lifting and don't eat that many calories
