You need to watch a theatre clip but I wouldn't recommend doing it on a retail console, trust me it's not worth the ban lol

You need to watch a theatre film then it infects you. I just recommended playing custom games against bots , no public online. There is a possibility you can get banned on your account or console.

Ive watched the clip multiple times and its says ive been infected , then go to custom games & ive got nothing? Is there something specific you have too do ?

Which one are you trying to do ? Do you watch it till it says host ended game ?
