if you're ending as it says " Host Ended Game " it is possible it is patched, but I honestly wouldn't be able to tell you..

Nope, you'd simply load up the clip watch it and once it says Host Ended Game, you'd back out. Hard Reset your console and try again.

Yeah i watched the whole clip till it says host ended game & went to cuatom games and had nothing just so its probably patched

There are a lot of fake video's out there and most of the infections from the video's are horrible its better to just pay or find a free modder to get some time on a menu, i wouldn't suggest looking for free modders as most will get mad and don't like it which i don't blame them.
