Could it be that xhttp is enabled on network settings i saw a bunch of setup videos and they did not have it enabled but each time i try to disable it it doesnt let me i load it and save it to hdd and turn off console and then turn it back on and its enabled still

Get a new Launch.ini replace yours, then reboot don't change anything, a clean launch.ini should have everything set how you want it, no need to touch dashlaunch etc.

I finally fixed it it was my router i connected it to my moblie hot spot and it worked Thank you guys for the help especially u Chat
