Depends on what your diet was before, if you dive in and it's a massive change to your body then you're gonna burn the water and muscle and no the 'unwanted fat pounds' as people may say. You'll probably end up tired and have a lack of energy and yeah you may lose weight and 'cleanse' but this isn't the best way to go about it imo.

I've started to work out yes, and I've not really been eating much for a while now, as I cut down a lot when I just started to diet normally, lost around a stone but my intake is maybe around 1 - 2k cals sometimes even less, so I should hopefully be okay doing this as long as I work out, and as for feeling shit that's fine my life is shit ^_^ I'm use to it haha, Thanks for the feedback <3

My suggestion to you is doing intermittent fasting if you don't know what it is research it it is pretty good to cut weight and may help you get into water fasting. I am currently doing intermittent fasting where I only eat between 12 noon and 8pm so pretty much I have breakfast at 12 and eat dinner usually between 5-6pm.
If your tryign to cut weight I would recommend trying Body Fortress Shred Igniter it works as a Fat Burner and a Pre work out all in one about 30 mins after taking it do a work out/excercise and you should be all good. Also make sure you get yourself some creatine.
OP: No I have never tried to water fast as I feel it is completely unhealthy, just drinking water is not going to get you your daily need of nutrients. Unless your taking 1 a day or something of that sort.

Spend a month eating nothing but healthy and excerising and do it again.

I feel like I should do that, but I'm already 3 days in :S
Although I want to start healthy eating when I pull myself from it. but I do my best to work out as much as Possible currently and I am not hungry what so ever.

Depends how long you're doing it for, a day or two wont do any damage but I'm not really a fan of the idea.
You'll lose weight if you eat less calories than you need. The difference between eating no calories (water fast) and eating slightly less calories, is that your body will not retain muscle if you're eating no calories.
As a male specifically, you don't want to be losing muscle when it doesn't need to be lost and you can guarentee with 0 calories and 0g of protein per day (even if it's only a few days) you will lose muscle mass.
If you're just trying to lose weight for summer, eat slightly less than your TDEE and the weight will come off quite quickly, providing you're going to the gym and eating a decent amount of protein, you should be able to retain most of your muscle mass too.

How do you feel about having a meal a day then fasting maybe once or twice a week?
