Can you mod online with the wii console, can you get a mod menu on the wii for example BO1 online? I soft modded my wii but Iwould like to get mods online.
What sought of mods can you get online on the wii?

I believe you can. I looked into this a long time ago. I think there are game files you just need to replace. I'm sure a quick search on YouTube would help you out

You could, but I think the old cods for the Wii servers are shut down.
