Well good morning everyone,
One of my friends has returned his VW Golf GTi to the dealership and purchased a Lexus. Not sure exactly what, but let's say it was over 50k & out of price range haha.

Anyway, his golf will probably be going around ~20,000

The car has a
- full COBB exhaust
- LED headlights
- COBB Stage 2+ Tune

The car sounds like a dragon when he used to drive it and it is quite fast and anybody who knows about VW is that when you get stage 3 tunes, it is a insane drive.

He has the access port so the id just have to purchase the tune and not a whole new ecu. (Thank God)

But,
I've been looking at V2 Rocket Bunny BRZ for over a year now and they have a special place in my heart and I love and adore them. What do you guys think I should do? Any suggestions?

1) VW
2) BRZ
3) Save up and purchase new Golf R (awd )

Go for the VW man, those things are not only class but little machines.

My mate has a RB 86 and while they are absolutely gorgeous, they'll get mopped by your grandmothers car, unless you're willing to spend a bit of extra $$ for a turbo kit to get some more power out of the boxer engine it still really isn't worth it considering.

Unless you prefer form/function, go the GTI.
