Two things to check:

Firstly, make sure you don't have file extensions hidden, you may of accidentally named it KV.bin.bin.

Secondly, try clearing your system cache.

Formatted the HDD. Brand new everything. KV was checked as unbanned put it on console yet still banned. About to throw this thing out my window

Did you put the kv.bin on the directly on the root of the hdd and set your server as plugin 2 in dashlaunch?

What happen when you make a xboxlive test.Does it say banned or is it some sort of error?

idk but check your wiring or something. is it the first time your changing kv on that console?

No, i have changed it multiple times and never had a problem getting it unbanned until I started using Streamah.

Is finally fixed. IDK but i swear I did everything Streamah did but he TV'ed my PC and fixed it. He a god
