And when i goto the kinect and device settings theb when u goto more options then connected device it says the firmware version it also says assigned to and volume and you cant click on anyoff them

The batterys are working its really strange and im stuck its actually annoying too

unplug the mic from the controller and plug it back in. my mic doesnt work sometimes when i leave it plugged in and cut my controller on. but after i unplug it ad plug it back in it works

Says the mic is plugged in Just no output been messing around now 2hours i officially hate xboxs

Also it doesnt let me goo to volume on the actuall settings on console the writimg volume and assigned to is not clickable

try updating the controller sometimes headsets need specific firmware so plug the headset in and try updating

Coulc possibly be the head set jack on your controller that's broken, try using a different controller and see if that works.
