You need to turn your phone into a Hot Spot although you'll need mobile data for that, so enable Mobile Data, activate Hotspot set up Hotspot, then connect to it under your Network settings < on xbox >

What address did you put it because I typed in loads of hotel address and it still couldn't authorize payment, it's 100% Not my card

also it could be that your card is being declined by your bank due to purchasing with not matching address, in that case you'll need to call the bank and have them confirm you're trying to purchase with the email.

You need to do it a couple times before it goes through. It takes time and patience.

Don't worry, thanks for the help. Just going to give this a miss now aha, already tried loads and it keeps getting declined

Already phone bank and Microsoft and nothing is even attempting to go through
