They are boosted not modded.

You need to buy an WW2 account with already high stats. You can boost with someone , the duplicated glitch got patches ages ago.

there was a glitch to duplicate your rank to another account and many of us made multiple account and still sell them! but that glitch is now patched. for whatever reason not many people were banned!

There's no way to mod next gen games, only way this is possible is by a duplicate glitch. But the glitch has been patched therefor this is no longer possible.

"Ages ago" this game isn't even a year old yet the patch got into play when youtubers post and people on IG make shops. Main reason why GTA V no longe has character transfer cause of dumb people on IG selling account and ect.
