Get the 860 EVO, not 860 PRO SSD. Also, get the P300 or Antec P8 case, not the P400(S). The P400(S) is similarly priced to the Enthoo Pro M SE RGB, which is a better case.
Other than that, it's fine.

Okay so I have returned the T6E wireless adapter which will get me Rs. 3000. I'll try to get the Enthoo Pro M SE if it comes under my budget or P300 if worst comes to worst. Also the 860 EVO.

No sweat, just trying to get you the best system we can
If you've returned the wi-fi adapter and going for the AsRock board, here is what we should look at I think;

CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (19550.00)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (13250.00)
Memory: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (7100.00)
Storage: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (6050.00)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (4540.00)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (3200.00)
Total: 53690.00
I've gone with the Antec P8 as it seems you don't mind too much going with a budget case. The P8 is still a great looking, decent wuality budget case. The Eclipse P300 is a similar price and a perfectly fine alternative if you prefer that. With the money we have left over, I'd spend the extra for the larger SSD;

instead of getting a higher end case.
That said, if you don't really like the P8 or P300 and/or would just like a nicer/better case, you can get the Enthoo Pro M SE RGB and remain under 57,000Rs total;

This comes with 2 x Halos RGB fan frames, and a nice white interior. I'm looking at grabbing one of these for my case upgrade soon.

so i've ordered all the items (went with p300 cabinet and asrock sli ac motherboard)
everything has also been delivered except the air cooler which i haven't even ordered yet.
u suggested the m9i cooler which is only available on amazon.in but it takes 7-13 days for delivery.
i was thinking maybe i could go for this one: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
i dont have any immediate overclocking plans, so if this works with p300 and 8600k could i go for it?
i couldnt order without your opinion.
also when the times comes and i wanna overclock, i can upgrade to a better air cooler or even liquid cooler.
thanks for your help

i have ordered the antec p8 cabinet because although p300 was listed as in stock, turns out they don't have it and need to import it.
but this case is currently on sale and i would like your opinion over it.

Either the P8 or Gigabyte case would be fine. Get whichever you prefer really. The Hyper H410R will be fine for stock temps and might let you overclock a bit, so that's a fine choice just to get a cooler, and it's pretty cheap anyway. So yeah I'd say that's a good shout, at least for now.

Update:
So i received the Gigabyte ac300w rev 2.0 cabinet today but the Cooler master hyper h410r is going to be delivered tomorrow (only item not in my possession yet).
If it is possible, i was wondering if i can set up the motherboard with cpu (5 8600k) and get everything built up today inside the case and just add the cpu cooler tomorrow as i have some free time today and would make things easier for tomorrow.
tl;dr can i add h410r cpu air cooler without having to take out the motherboard from the ac300w cabinet?
thanks!

There is a large cutout in the motherboard tray so you can do this. The mounting is simple so you shouldn't have trouble either way.
