So I'm aware of changing the region to another country to get v bucks cheap,
Is this the same for games, I'm more concerned about not being in trouble and breaking the TOS
like what do I make sure I do in order to not be done for fraud or ya know?

Yes, it's the same for Games as long as the game is in your region too you can use another Region to purchase games.

Well I do the same steps, but with the game. Got Far Cry 5 and GTA for cheap. Going to get State of Decay 2 for £20.

Can I also have my Region at default where I live then add my card, instead of switching my region to Argentina or Brazil and trying to add my card then
It's just that when I try and add card when I switch my region to something else it always comes up with "couldn't authorize payment"
