This is such tragedy, I hate to see how many school shootings have been happening lately.
Hopefully this'll all come to an end soon.

Dammmmn!!
Rest in Piece to those that's suffered!
It's a shame that this type of tradegy is ridden in the states. I generally believe that the Teachers should be trained and be liable to carry in case of an event like this to protect no only themselves but the students aswell as no one deserves to lose their life this way it's cruel and vile!!
The Government need to seriously take this into account and starting doing something instead of being bystanders watching it cause a chain reaction and watching innocent lives be wiped of the face of the earth due to a sadistic coward!!

STVCKZ wrote Dammmmn!!I don't think all teachers should be armed but some definitely should be. I think people overlook the solutions a little bit. 2 or 3 police officers should be at schools in my opinion. You never hear of anyone going into a police station and opening fire. We guard our banks, malls, celebrities but not our kids.

As brutal as it sounds, these kinds of situations will never end.
Firearms won't be criminalised anytime soon, and even if they were, who's going to ensure every last firearm is taken away from people? There's more firearms than there are people in America.
Realistically, what can be done? There's few options on the table. Arm teachers? Teachers often get abused and forced out of some schools, whose to say they wouldn't turn and kill a student when pushed too far? Additional security? Do we really want our kids to be growing up feeling like they need to be under armed guard?
More education is my inital preference. It'll be a lengthy process but there's essentially no chance of things going badly. If kids are raised to understand firearms are not toys and sthat they are not be something they should feel they need to use or carry then it'll progress. But this would essentially take years and years and I'm sadly confident that there will be more school shootings than i can count on both of my hands before anything actually beneficial occurs.
