Okay so i bought a Trinity RGH from Sala Mods a while back, mistake. It came with a broken disk drive so i can't run xell off boot. Now that Im messing with it again i realized it won't even boot Xelllaunch. Im trying to update my dashboard what do i do?

Ok, What are you trying to obtain with Xell? your CPU key?, You can obtain your CPU key by going into dashlaunch and clicking RB until you see a menu then you click system info and in the top left you will see both your CPU KEY and your DVD KEY

Oh shit.. Well assuming you already used XeBuild and made your 17526 Nand I don't really know how to help from here, Streamah or Rodent can help sorry bud.

Does the disk tray not work at all? Because it should boot xell even if it doesn't open?

When i updated my dash i used Flash360 to load the updflash.bin file. Works like a dream. Modded Warfare on youtube has a great tut on doing it via Flash360
