I mean yes if you actually smoke I would consider using a vape. You can start with higher nicotine levels and just lower it as time goes on.

Yes, Ecigs are safer as you have 5000 chemicals and 80 of them are know to cause cancer. In vape juice you have no where near as many chemicals as a cigarette. Not to mention its alot cheap lol. I use to spend £270 a month on cigarettes, i now spend £30 a month on vape juice.
