You were posting a general thread requesting a user to complete your graphics request in return for payment, that is not allowed within the Graphics Forums.
The only users authorized to charge for Graphic Services are users with the "Graphics King" badge and an active sticky within this section. There are currently no users with the "Graphics King" badge of whom hold a sticky within this section and therefore your thread was superfluous, which is likely why it was deleted.
It's important to adhere to the rules within the respective section at which you're actively posting, as well as the Community Forum Rules. The Graphics Forum rules can be found here: Forums/t=7532720/graphics-forum-rules.html and the Community Rules can be found here: Forums/rules.html
