Not sure where to post this so I'll do it here,

Purchased a new monitor yesterday the acer KG271

When playing games every object seems to leave a white blurry trail behind it, the length of the trail is determined by how fast the screen is moving

Is this normal, it's really noticeable and bugging me, thanks

Sounds like it could be a refresh rate/ frame rate issue. What kind of graphics card are you using?

This is called ghosting if the trails last for a few frames.

Are you using the FreeSync feature? Look in the monitor's OSD for overdrive settings and see if changing it helps.
