You can't exactly buy it from any gas station or super mart, but some places have the option where you can add in flavor add ins, so I always get a Dr. Pepper with a vanilla flavor add in.

Oh yeah, i think i see this at a Nandos i went too actually, it had all different things you can mix, thing Dr Pepper would have been on that cuz they had so many flavors you can add. Ill keep my eye out else where though. Because I absolutely love vanilla Coke so cant imagine what vanilla Dr Pepper taste like lol

Blue Fanta is my favorite but Cherry Vanilla Cokes are right behind it.
